Duchess of York, Bankrupt?

No Royal family member has ever had to declare bankruptcy. However, there is always a first time for everything, especially in a financially crumbling world that we all live in these days. Even Prime Minister Cameron has been briefed on the situation.

The Duke of York has his private office working on its own kind of rescue plan, much like the plans the banks got in both the US and UK surely.
