Actor Randy Quaid is looking to cash in as he files a lawsuit against his financial advisors for conspiring with his bank in an attempt to forge his name on multiple loans for counterfeit real estate. Quaid, who is well known for his multiple movies, states that his advisors and City National Bank conspired against him to forge his name on loans that he never wanted or needed.
On top of the alleged forging of his name, Quaid also said that his financial advisors were keeping some of his royalty checks, including up to $600,000 from his appearance in Brokeback Mountain.

Quaid Files Lawsuit against City National Bank
While the lawsuit never mentioned an amount that Quaid is suing his advisors for, it has been said that it is an “astronomical amount”. In times like this, when everyone is feeling the crushing blow of a financial system gone wrong, having a beloved actor being taken advantage of by lenders that received money from the government shouldn’t be happening.
If the lawsuit holds and the truth of the matter comes out, it could be the first domino to fall in a much larger game. This could be the reason so many people don’t trust banks to begin with.
